  1. Never had you down as a girl group type, farty! Still, I guess when you let the funky music do the talking... ;)

  2. You forgot Indian music....Bollywood and all that. There is TONS of Indian music out there right now.

  3. Angela-la-la - Depends on the girl group, innit? I took Little Miss Farty to see the Spiceworld film once - she had to wake me up when it was over. But this lot can actually sing, which is nice.

Jacki - You do know this is a "Name That Tune" type post? The key is "Languages vs. how well I am able to converse in them."

John - You mean you're no good at one of those languages either?

  4. Yes, but since I am not very good at these things, I had to say something.

Let me think.... girl group that can actually sing?? I am at a loss.

  6. Hey Mr. Farty, I was on a tour in Scotland yesterday.

Aha, got you, it was actually via a tv show, an American show called Sunday Morning. The presenter walked for miles, ended up on the world's oldest golf course. What beautiful country you live in. And it didn't rain.

Okay, I'll never be able to guess that tune because of all the songs out there that don't air here, so you'll have to tell us.

  7. Jacki - 18 consecutive Top 10 singles (including three number ones), five platinum albums (including a number one) and record sales in excess of 4.2 million in the UK.

Debi - Christ, no, not the Spice Girls.

GG - "Golf is a good walk spoiled." --Mark Twain
    If it didn't rain,it wasn't Scotland.

Angela-la-la had it right: I Can't Speak French by Girls Aloud

  10. That's funny, RG, I was thinking of that song all week, looking at this diagram. I had thought to do a similar diagram of it...
